MASK Systems, Inc. was incorporated in October of 1995 and continues to perform Control Electronics and Security Systems contracts with the same management and personnel that existed prior to forming the corporation.

This management and personnel team was running the Integrated Systems Group for Cardkey Systems, Inc. for several years prior to MASK Systems, Inc. The separation came at about the time that Cardkey Systems, Inc. was acquired by Amtech, Inc. from Assa Abloy in 1995.

MASK Systems has been and continues to pursue all types of projects involving Control Electronics, Security and Life Safety Systems. While our main focus continues to be in the Correctional Facility field, we pursue a wide range of projects that involve integrated or stand-alone Security, Controls or Life Safety Systems. MASK's contracts include new construction built per design projects, systems retrofit projects and systems add-on projects. MASK also has the capacity and the performance records to maintain large systems installed in a single facility or multi facility set-up.

MASK Systems, Inc. has a solid performance and capabilities record, especially on multi-million dollar projects. We also maintain a strong and unblemished bonding capacity and performance that extends beyond the 25 million accumulative bonding capacities with a 10 million-dollar single project.
